Please note that if you are a Registered Carer or are in receipt of Universal Credit we offer a 10% discount on our classes. Please make us aware of this when you enquire.
If you are new to Pilates our 4 week Beginners Course will take you through the basics.
We never have more than 6 people in a class so that you have the highest quality teaching and individual attention.

Beginners Course: £40 for a course of 4 classes.
1:1’s are a superb way of beginning or furthering your Pilates practice, focusing on a specific area of need or having dedicated time to recover from an injury or to train for a particular sport. A 1:1 is entirely personalised, meaning you get precisely what you need.
1:1's can be booked as a one-off, for example as a compliment to your group classes, or as a series, for more long-term work.
1:1 sessions are arranged at a time to suit you. Please contact us and we can discuss times that are available.
1:1 Session: £45 per hour
2:1 Session: £50 per hour
Mixed Ability Pilates
If you have done Pilates before, or have completed one of our Beginners Courses then these classes are for you.
There will never be more than 8 people in a class, meaning high quality teaching and individual attention. We can progress you at an effective pace and work safely with any injuries or conditions you may have.
These are primarily matwork classes but we mix it up with small equipment such as rollers, bands and balls to make the exercises more challenging and fun.
We run lots of Group Classes during the week. Please see our Class Calendar for a list of times.
The simplest and cheapest way to pay for Mixed Ability classes is to buy a Monthly Membership.
We do also offer the alternative of buying time limited Class Packs.
All class credits are valid for the whole month, so if you cancel a class (with 24 hours notice) then you have the entire month to reuse that class credit as you wish.
One class per week: £36 per month or £9 per class
Two classes per week: £68 per month or £8.50 per class
Classes cost £9.50 per class bought in the following choice of packs:
Block of 6 class credits for £57 (use within 7 weeks).
Block of 12 class credits for £114 (use within 15 weeks).
Block of 18 class credits for £171 (use within 22 weeks).
Pre and Post Natal Pilates
In our specialist antenatal and postnatal classes, the teacher can focus specifically on exercises that will benefit your body at this important time. The teachers for all of these classes are fully qualified in this area and have undergone dedicated training. The classes are always kept small.
Antenatal Class - Friday 6:15-7:15pm. This class focuses on pregnancy friendly exercises to keep your pelvic floor and abdominal cage strong and supple so that you are best prepared for birth and a quick recovery afterwards. It also offers relaxation and a chance to meet other mums to be. We find that ladies in this class often make friends that last long after the class has finished!
The class is an hour long, and you do not have to have done any Pilates before to attend. You do need to be in second trimestar (14 weeks), and to have had your first scan. The class is £60 for a block of 6 classes (£10 per class) to be used within 8 weeks. After 34 weeks you can pay week by week.
Postnatal Class - Friday 11:15am-12:15pm & 12:30-1:30pm
This class focuses on the principles of Pilates with a particular emphasis on strengthening and mobilizing the lower abdominal region and pelvic floor. This creates a muscular 'corset' for the spine and builds supporting muscles structures that help to repair your body, creating a firm central support for a fit and active lifestyle.
You are welcome to bring your baby along with you to this class.
You need to have been signed off as ready to exercise by your doctor before you attend the course.
£76 for a course of 8 classes.
Gentle Backcare Pilates
Whilst all of our Mixed Ability classes can cater for and benefit those with general back pain, this is a specialist class for those with specific back problems who may need to work particularly gently and with more care. This is a smaller class, never holding more than 6 people, giving the teacher even more opportunity to work on an individual basis, allowing them to tailor exercises and levels to the needs of those within the class.
We always ask that you have permission from your doctor or specialist before coming to class.
This class runs term time only and is bought in half-termly blocks. The cost per class is £12.
Pilates for Bone Health
With 1 in 3 women and 1 in 12 men over the age of 50 estimated to have osteoporosis and 50% of women over 50 estimated to have low bone density, exercise for bone health has never been more important. With it's emphasis on posture, alignment and balance as well as full body integrated movement, Pilates is a fantastic exercise system to strengthen the body to help protect against injuries and falls, whilst gently loading the bones (which helps them stay strong).
Within this Specialist class we can concentrate on those exercises that will be of most benefit to those with low bone density, whilst avoiding those exercises that present a risk.
The class is small as always, and you do not need to have done any Pilates before to attend.
This class runs term time only and is bought in half-termly blocks. The cost per class is £9.50.
