Led by Sara Crow, a classically trained master teacher with over 30 years’ experience, The Pilates Space stays true to the original principles of the method while integrating modern scientific understanding. The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning system that builds strength, stability, flexibility, and body awareness. We keep our classes small—never more than six people—so every session is personal, focused, and effective.
